Bridges by EPOCH at Norwalk is hiring a Full-time Senior Advisor (Director of Sales) for our Memory Care Assisted Living Community. The Senior Advisor will be responsible for all aspects of internal and external sales of our Memory Care Assisted Living Community. This position develops and executes a quarterly sales overview, as well as a monthly outreach plan. The Senior Advisor evaluates and identifies occupancy strategies. Additionally, the Senior Advisor develops and builds supportive relationships with families, clients, and prospects within the community and referral sources. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
The Director of Compass Programming at Farmington Station is a key member of the community’s leadership team
and reports to the Executive Director. This person is responsible for creating and implementing meaningful,
therapeutic programming and an innovative whole-person approach that focuses on a resident’s emotions, strengths,
and remaining abilities—not on their disabilities.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Manage the daily operation of the Compass Memory Support Neighborhood, in coordination with the
leadership team
● Manage a comprehensive therapeutic program, with the goal of enhancing social, intellectual, creative,
spiritual and physical well-being of residents, in accordance with Compass goals and procedures
● Lead programs and activities in our Compass neighborhood
● Supervise and train programming assistants, Resident Care Associates and volunteers on running
successful community programs
● Assist with monthly newsletter, Facebook and community events
● Plan scheduled outings for residents; drive the van/car for outings
● Manage the department budget
● Serve as Manager on Duty on a rotation basis (approximately one weekend every 1-2 months

WE’D LOVE TO CHAT IF YOU HAVE:
● 5+ years of senior healthcare experience; Professional licensure in related healthcare field preferred
● Knowledge of Alzheimer’s Disease, related dementias, and behavior management techniques, and a
sincere desire to work with cognitively impaired residents
● Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) and Certified Alzheimer’s Association support group leader (if you
don’t, we will offer the opportunity to get these certifications)
● A valid driver’s license and history of accident-free driving

We seek one full-time $110,000 RN to help lead our small assisted living home, especially for regulatory compliance and staff development. Ideal hours are 10:30am-6:30pm Monday-Friday, 3 on-call nights weekly, and 1 on-call weekend every third weekend. We offer 3% annual raises, flexible scheduling, healthcare, and 3 paid vacation weeks yearly. Pay is negotiable +/- $5,000 with more or less time for on-call or during evenings. We aim to find a top RN who respects regulations, knows clinical skills, and values teamwork. Our RNs enjoy more independence and feel more personal connection than RNs in bigger homes.
