This week we would like to recognize Chef Adolfo Pacheco from Maplewood at Darien, also known to many as Chef Al. Al has been in the culinary field for over 32 years and a part of the Maplewood Senior Living team for three years!
Al has such of passion for fine cuisine and because of this he considers it’s one of his favorite hobbies. What’s truly humbling to Al is knowing that his residents are satisfied and delighted with all of his culinary offerings.
